We are major in Window coverings, upholstery, recycled fabrics, ready mades and bedding sets. We do both contract and residential business. There are rapier looms, dobby looms, jacquard looms and water-jet looms in our weaving workshops. And also there are many other machines for warp, weft yarn prepared and fabric quality inspection and packing. There are cutting machines, sewing machines, quilting machines, ironing machines, needle detectors in our sewing workshops.
We use polyester (or recycled polyester), nylon, rayon, spandex, acrylic, viscose, cotton, flax, linen material to weave, include filament yarn and spun fiber yarn. We also use Tencel, Modal, Bamboo, Coolmax, Organic cotton etc. famous new technological yarns.
Our products are high quality controlled. Sometimes, we import yarn from Korea and Taiwan even Unify of the USA. Our upholstery cloth can pass 30000 times durable test for contract business. Grade 4-5 is our standard for many colour fastness tests. (Washing, Water, Sun Light, Rubbing etc.) We use soakage treatment in finishing or inherent FR yarn to make our fabric pass Flame Retardant (FR) test. For bedding products, usually we test on Laundering Dimensional Changing, Resistance to Slippage, Pilling Resistance etc. We get certificate from SCS (Scientific Certification systems) for our recycled products.
