What upholstery we can provide?
There are five parts to many pieces of upholstered furniture: the frame, the springs, the padding, the material that covers it, called upholstery fabric, and sometimes cushions. Although many people may think of upholstery in terms of the material—often fabric—that covers the whole, it actually refers to everything besides the frame: the stuffing, springs, covering material, and cushions.
The upholstery of a piece of furniture determines a great deal about how it looks and how it feels. To a large extent, it determines the cost. It determines whether the furniture feels--firm or soft. The type and quality of the upholstery also determines how it will last.

Around our downtown, thousands of mills are working on upholstery fabric and a lot of fabricators who make ready-mades by it. A complete industrial chain of upholstery textile were coming up in the past few years. It covers almost all types of upholstery, woven, knitting, embroidery, flocking, embossed, printing, bronzing, velvet, piece dyed or yarn dyed. Various material are applied to sundry fabrics. Polyester, nylon, viscose, acrylic, cotton, wool or blend are mostly popular yarns. Our high durability polyester cloth can pass more than 30000 times rubbing test (Wyzenbeek test or Martindale test). Colour fastness standards are AATCC 61/107/16E, ISO 105C06/E01/105-B02/105-X12 etc for washing and light.

Flame resistance (FR Flame Retardant) is characteristic for our products on contract and hospitality business. We apply FR effect by soakage, glue back coating or inherent FR yarn or hybrid FR woven. From the lower standard NFPA701 of the USA to highest M1 of the Germany, we offer you abundant options to meet your request.
